The Thau Lagoon, a real inland sea

Between Bouzigues, Mèze and Marseillan, with its 7,500 hectares, the Etang de Thau is the largest pond in Languedoc-Roussillon. This fragile lagoon stretches between two reliefs: Mont Saint-Clair (Sète) and Mont Saint-Loup (Agde).
